Dream Flooring Specialist Fitters

Contracts

Our aim as a flooring contracts team is to provide the highest quality product, fit and finish of flooring to all areas of the building sector. We specialise in working with hospitals and schools where the work that we do has a direct impact on helping people who help people every day of their lives; with this being the forefront of our focus, we complete many housebuilding projects as well, and due to the varied skills of our team, we can provide the right people for each job we undertake meaning an expert for every type of flooring.

Over the years of servicing our clients, we have worked for the NHS all over the country in hospitals, care homes and everything in between, our most recent being Queen Marys Hospital where we have carried out everything from a simple matwell replacement to complete fit-out of a ward. We work nights for jobs like these, and our team pulls out all the stops to ensure these busy places of work can continue the next day. But it’s not just hospitals that we go the extra mile to complete the job. For example, when fitting at Fulham Football club, we must work around the club schedule when carrying out a complete replacement of the bars and public areas. All these works combined with our Housebuilders work for the likes of St James, and Taylor French gives us an outstanding balance where we know the quality we provide can be used in all areas of construction and will be helpful to each client as every job and client is looked at specifically.

We have used many different products in our time fitting; this has led us to be conscious of what we use; there is a big difference when using quality products on jobs, which comes down to even the smallest of products used. Below you will be able to find links to talk more specifically about the general products we use, one that we are very proud to be able to offer as a fitting service is the hygienic wall cladding. In 2016 our involvement within the NHS and other jobs requiring hygienic situations meant that we took it upon ourselves to train our team in fitting wall cladding. It has become part of our week to week fitting now as it allows our clients flexibility as we are one team fitting both the flooring and cladding. This has allowed sites to run smoother and finishes to be left complete, leaving no confusion between trades as to who is completing where. Hygienic wall cladding typically has no porous, grouted areas that can easily harbour bacteria, meaning that they uphold protection for longer and are easier to clean than traditional walls and tiles.

As well as the wall cladding, we make sure our team are put through as much training as we can; below, you find a list of what we currently have;

• CSCS Qualified
• STFC Site Access COVID-19 Course
• Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme
• Asbestos Awareness Course
• Resin Coating Systems Level 1
• Simplyclad Hygienic Wall Cladding
