We offer over 40 years of leading experience in all types of residential and commercial flooring, supplying, and installing. Our Team

Matthew Jones

Meet the founder and CEO of Dream Flooring, Matthew Jones. Matthew brings over 30 years of experience fitting and installing all types of flooring; He has an outstanding amount of experience managing jobs independently and managing large teams. Matt’s aim for perfection and hard work has meant that he has built his team and worked around this, pushing for excellence on every job.

Joshua Jones

Matt’s son, Joshua Jones, is a director of the company. He learned the ropes from a young age and has been professionally installing flooring for almost ten years. Whether going the extra mile for a retail customer’s request or managing deliveries for site teams, Joshua has learned everything and anything that has to do with this trade.

Max Relph

Our newest addition to the team is our Contracts Manager Max Relph; Max has nearly ten years of experience, growing from a trainee to contracts manager working on sites across the country. Max has been able to apply himself to anything he touches. His previous time spent helping a retail showroom has meant that he has a good balance between the need to get a job done and the quality required to fulfil our clients’ needs down to the smallest detail.

We are fully insured and approved fitters who take the health and safety of our workers and clients very seriously. All of our employees remain thoroughly trained and briefed on all health and safety regulations to ensure that all our clients have the necessary confidence in our ability to complete flooring projects safely, efficiently, and effectively. This is all a part of our mission to bring you the best floor possible.

Currently, we are a small team comprising of fitters and managers from different backgrounds in flooring; combining these years of experience and skill from all flooring areas gives us a well-balanced team capable of carrying out any job.

We have a team of fitters that work alongside a large bank of pre-approved sub-contractors and ourselves for larger jobs when needed; this gives us the ability to be flexible and make jobs happen when others may not be able to.
